Our lending guide will include a new section on the front page of the guide highlighting what has been updated.
We will no longer require the proof of 6 months savings to cover rental payments on Let to Buy applications.
We will no longer accept applications from customers with five or more existing secured commitments where the total balance of these commitments exceeds £150,000. If the customer has less than five existing secured commitments the £150,000 limit does not apply.
If any part of the loan is on an interest only basis we have changed the maximum LTV to 75%.
