What can the system do for you?

This fantastic new system will pre-populate customer data from the fact-find into the AIP, vastly reducing the amount of time it takes to get a decision for your customer.

Once you have added any extra bits of information to the form, you can submit the case to the Halifax Whoosh system to obtain a decision.  If the case is accepted you can complete remaining information in Whoosh and submit the full application. To retrieve the documents simply log in to the Halifax Intermediary website.
