PTFS have begun 2008 in style with the integration of the Abbey Agreement in Principle (AIP) within Toolbox!
What will the system do for you?
This fantastic new system will pre-populate customer data from the factfind into the AIP, vastly reducing the amount of time it takes to get a decision for your customer.
Once you have added any extra bits of information to the form, the system will connect with the Abbey Introducer Internet system and will give you a decision on the case in 60 seconds. If the case is accepted you can then log onto the Abbey Introducer Internet to obtain the KFI and complete the full mortgage application. All data entered on the AIP will pre-populate the full mortgage application.
