On recruiting an apprentice within your business you will need to ensure that the individual obtains the relevant skills and knowledge to become an authorised adviser. PTFS has developed a training academy providing a self study programme for all new non industry recruits allowing them to study at their own pace. This will allow each branch to develop a bespoke training programme suitable for each individual recruit, taking into account the time and resources available. Once the trainees have completed the training programme they can apply for individual sign off at PTFS head office. On successful completion and subsequent sign off they will be fully fledged protection authorised advisers.
